Becoming a member of the KCA community is a big decision; a decision that will forever impact you and your family.
It is my desire that you are cared for throughout the admissions process, and that you know you have the support of our team as you consider KCA as your new school.

Step 1: Inquiry
Once you have carefully reviewed our mission and vision, we ask you to complete an inquiry form. Children at KCA, like other children in British Columbia, may start kindergarten in September of the year they turn five years old.
Step 2: Application Part 1
The general application package will be sent to you after your inquiry. All forms must be completed and submitted with the required documents attached, as well as your application fee received, for your application to be considered.
Step 3: Interview & Tour
Our office will contact you to set up a family interview once your application has been reviewed. Students must be present at the interview along with their parents or guardians. *A tour may be scheduled for a later date as well.
Step 4: Application Parts 2, 3, & 4
Our office will send you the remaining application forms to be filled out and submitted. All forms must be completed and submitted with the required documents attached, for your application to be considered.
Step 5: Acceptance
The acceptance letter is issued once an interview process has been successfully completed, all application forms completed and received, and a decision made. The decision to accept a student is based on several factors, including the school’s ability to meet a student’s need, classroom capacity, and specialized program capacity. There may be a wait list for some grade levels.
Step 6: Get Connected
